Purpose:
What it can be used for:
- Advertising/Graphics: The BRC may approve requests for advertising/graphics ONLY if all publicity material contains the “Paid for by USAC” and/or the ASUCLA Logo (phrase). More info: https://usac.ucla.edu/funding/sgausaclogos.php
- Facilities or Equipment Rentals
- Food: The BRC may approve requests for food ONLY if they are intended for non-UCLA guests (e.g., visiting K-12/transfer students, conference attendees, culture night audience, etc.).
- Honoraria: Payments are subject to conditions outlined by the BRC, including appropriate contracts and tax documentation.
- Props or Costumes: Allowed if not considered promotional attire.
- Supplies:
- Awards or Gifts, Decorations, Electronics, Parking or Traffic Citations, T-shirts or Clothes
- Eligible organizations may apply up to 2 times per quarter. Maximum allocation per application: $5000.
- All requisitions are due Friday of Week 10 in the quarter your program occurred. Submit online: Requisition Form
